By accessing or using Sigerciv, you agree to comply with these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, village, or business, you represent that you have the authority needed to act for that party.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. Do not create an account for someone else without permission, share an account, or try to bypass access controls.

You are responsible for content, comments, destination data, evidence, or other material you submit. Make sure you have the right to use it, that it does not violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights, and that it does not mislead visitors or communities.

• Do not submit unlawful content, hate or harassment, exploitation, spam, malware, fraud, or another person's personal information without permission.
• Community data and claims can be moderated, steward-verified, and policy-gated before publication. Submission does not guarantee publication or verified status.
• You grant Sigerciv the non-exclusive permission needed to store, display, and distribute contributions according to publication settings and service purposes. Ownership of your material remains with you or its rights holder.

Sigerciv helps discover and manage community information. Destination, business, price, availability, and activity information can change and should be confirmed with the relevant manager before travel or a transaction. Sigerciv is not a travel, transport, or accommodation provider unless a specific service expressly says otherwise.

Specific pricing, cancellation, and refund terms may be shown for a relevant service or offer. Those specific terms apply together with these terms.

You may not disrupt the service, access data without authorization, scrape excessively, copy data for an unlawful purpose, reverse engineer security controls, or use Sigerciv for high-risk decisions without appropriate human review.

We may limit, suspend, or close access where we reasonably identify a violation, security risk, or legal obligation, while observing appropriate process and audit records.

The service is provided as available. We work to keep information and services reliable, but do not guarantee that every community item is complete, accurate, or continuously available. Direct verification remains necessary for travel, safety, or transaction decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service or third-party actions. These terms do not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded.
